The ideal location in Asia! The house is between cayma beach and boulevard, both minutes by car or walk (800 meters/.5 mile). Located at Km 97.5 south of Lima, in the gated beach condominium Las Rocas, via a Cayma y Mar Azul. The condominium is small with only 23 houses, close to everything, family-oriented, and safe with 24 hours security.
The first level of the house is furnished has cable, WiFi, and includes kitchen appliances, hot water, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers. The condominium is secure with security. Each room accommodates a maximum of 4 people. It can get hot during the summer and air conditioning is not common in Peru. There are ceiling fans + floor fans in the rooms but keep that in mind.

Guests have access to the first floor only (3 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and pool) DO NOT try to enter the second floor or try to open any doors that are locked. Please bring your own toiletries. Only bed sheets and towels are provided.
Guests are required to comply with the condominium rules and are responsible for any damage caused and penalties due to violations of the rules.
- Only up to 2 compact cars can park in front of the house in the lawn area. Extra cars have to park outside the condominium by the entrance.
- Keep the condominium clean, do not litter in public areas.
- Do not hang clothes, towels, etc. on the terraces, there is a hanging rack in back
- Take out trash to the dumpster by the main entrance only after 10 pm
- Loud music is NOT allowed after 2:00 a.m.
- No smoking inside the house. Dispose of cigarette butts in the trash.
- No drugs allowed
- This is a family condominium, be respectful to others. Misbehavior under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.
- DO NOT try to enter the second floor or try to open any doors that are locked.
-Check out - 11 am. Tidy up the house as you found it. Take out ALL trash to the dumpster, turn the water heater off, clean the grill if you used it.
***Any violation of these rules can result in a fine of up to $500 from your security deposit and security may escort you out of the condominium. ***

Summary: As we arrived it was located inside a gated community. Door guard only on weekends so make sure if you stay during the week that you have your contact's phone so they can open the gate for you. The house was as shown on the pictures, except there was a different decor at the front, the patio set on the picture was not there, but there was some cute seating decor on the porch, the breeze made it the perfect place for a nice chat, and some good Cuzqueñas or for coffee in the afternoon as the temperature nicely drops for a cool night. The outside was clean and new, the little pool was a hit with the kids. It was spacious, open concept dinning/kitchen. The rooms were a nice size however, no air conditioning so make sure you have the provided fans on, you will need them, each room had a standing fan and a ceiling fan it can get really hot in the rooms. There is a washing machine, but it is really small, no dryer but plenty of space next to the machine and in the back to hang clothes and towels to air dry. Bring the essentials like paper towel, toilet paper and soap as they are not provided. Also bring a coffee maker as there was not one in the house, if you are like me that cannot start the day without a nice cup of coffee. However, you have a couple coffee places walking distance from the house and many restaurants at the Asia Boulevard. There is some nice shopping stores too. There is hot water which is nice. Each of the 3 rooms had one queen size bed and bunk beds, so 4 people can fit in each room. Bathrooms were in perfect condition. In general a great place to stay with the family and have some fun at the beach! The highlight was the amazing beautiful open beach walking distance with spectacular sunsets that you must see!
